At Klean Kickz, our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. We ship to sneaker lovers all across the U.S. every day, providing reliable service you can count on.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 3–4 business days
Delivery Options:
• Standard Shipping (15–20 business days): $5.49
• Expedited Shipping (10–15 business days): $11.49

Important Note on Delays
During peak seasons or due to unexpected supply chain issues, orders may take up to 15–20 business days to ship out. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you by email with updated tracking details. We appreciate your patience and support while we get your Klean Kickz order to you as quickly as possible.

PRE-ORDER & RESTOCK POLICY:

Due to overwhelming demand, our current inventory has sold out. We are currently accepting Pre-Orders to allow you to secure your designs from the next manufacturing batch.

Estimated Shipping Timeline: All Pre-Orders placed today are estimated to ship in 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Important Notes:

Priority Fulfillment: Pre-orders are fulfilled on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Ordering now guarantees your spot in line when the fresh batch lands.
Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "Pre-Order" items and "In-Stock" items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you need in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order.
Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipping label is created.
